Back in February, I posted a behind-the-scenes shot of myself at a photoshoot on Instagram.

Well today, I am proud to finally announce that I am both the stylist and the model for the La Valencia Hotel’s Hot Pink 90th Celebration 😀 that’s right, folks = I am “The Pink Lady!”

And no, this is NOT an April Fools joke!

See right after the holidays [somewhere in-between the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016] I was contacted by the La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla, California about a possible partnership for their 90th birthday celebration coming-up this December. Their idea was to do a historical 9-month countdown of fashion from present day all the way to 1926 – the year when “The Pink Lady” first opened its doors. How cool is that?! Of course, I was definitely interested because 1) what woman doesn’t love to play dress up! AND 2) I have always said I was born decades too late 😉 THUS, starting the 15th of this month and repeating each month thereafter, the La Valencia Hotel will release a decade special, featuring photos of “The Pink Lady” styled in that month’s particular decade’s clothing, along with hotel packages, menu options, and a “cocktail of the month.” YUM-YUM!
