Me and D have return from THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE I have ever seen.

Kauai = paradise in my book.

Back in November for D’s work, we attended The Angels Depot Gala on Camp Pendleton and won the live auction bid for Kauai. [Yes, there was wine involved.] We originally thought we would use our winnings for our one-year anniversary, but following some research on the resort where we were going to staying, we quickly decided such a large condo should be used for more than just us. So, we invited our friends, Matt & Leslie, and after much coordinating of our multiple schedules, we landed on the end of April for our trip. And man, the four of us had such a wonderful time. I’m honestly too exhausted to write about all the details at the moment [experiencing a weep bit jet lag]. Plus with my Homebird Upholstery exhibit this Friday, the time to truly give a worthy description of our fantastic voyage might prove to be tricky, but I promise to share all the particulars next week . . . until then, though, use the above picture as a little preview 😉 and just know I am one happy [a little less albino looking] lady!
