This might just be THEE single most exciting post here on LLM = as of last Friday, #meandD are officially under contract on a single-level, mid-century modern home here in North County San Diego!
Yea, to say that we’re happy about it is a HUGE understatement. We actually weren’t even planning on buying a place quite yet, BUT when you find the house of your dreams AND it’s for a steal of a price, you JUMP for it. Now, I’m not going to bore you with all of the negotiation details, because, well, I honestly don’t know them. See, due to some peculiar intestinal issues, I was EXTREMELY under the weather for most of the week and [sadly] missed most of the process. D handled pretty much all of it. [Isn’t he the greatest!?] ANYWAY, I thought for today I would allow the pictures to do the writing 😉
